About the Role
As an AI Delivery Lead at WiseScore, you’ll manage the delivery of AI and data-driven transformation projects from strategy to execution. Acting as the bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders, you'll ensure solutions are aligned with goals, compliant, and delivered on time—especially in complex or regulated environments.
This role is ideal for a sharp generalist who thrives in client-facing settings, understands both business and tech, and brings structure to fast-moving projects.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional AI and data project delivery across public and private sector clients
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and roadmaps
Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure delivery quality
Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and data governance best practices
Support proposal writing, opportunity scoping, and pre-sales efforts as needed
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or tech project delivery
Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts, data systems, and platform integration strategies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Ability to work across disciplines—strategy, engineering, UX, compliance
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
Nice to Have
Experience delivering public sector or government-funded digital projects
Familiarity with AI ethics, procurement processes, or regulatory environments
Background in agile delivery, change management, or stakeholder training
Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figjam, or similar
